As a Licensed General Contractor I am often hired by lenders, title companies because they trust a General Contractor over a Home Inspector because I am licensed with the State of California. But often I am hired by upset clients who were unhappy with there previous home inspection on missing many issues. Below are two reports that reflect. I think it is important as a home inspector to post the reports that have the worst reviews. We can always be proud of the five star reports but what do we really learn? I have decided to post the two inspection reports I got my two worst reviews on. Do I believe I deserved the rating no but you be the judge.
Below is the report prepared for "KJ" 6 months BEFORE his Google 1-star review, we had no communication at all for six months. Only the day after the inspection in August and my 1-star Google Review was in February. I also circled on the report everything that needed to be done immediately. None of us are perfect but with this report and two videos I did the best I could do on that property.

Had the honor to do this inspection on this MASTERPIECE. Home in Buckingham is 8,000 sq feet. This is the exterior portion of the video summary that is 10 minutes long
This is the interior video that is around 20 minutes long a complete that shows various details that are beyond normal eyes of what made this house stunning.
