Construction Background

I am a second-generation general contractor who has been involved with over 70 custom homes in my lifetime in both Lake, Sonoma, and Napa counties. I started going to job sites at 7 years old, picking up nails, as my first experience of work. I have set up foundations, framed various forms of siding, cabinets, hardwood floors, and all other forms of interior finishes. I have grown up understanding the ins and outs of what to look for when it comes to quality craftsmanship and analyzing issues that could arise. I have worked on additions, remodels, custom homes, and large-scale mansions. With this long reputation in Lake County, CA, I have also built relationships and histories with many subcontractors that have worked on the job sites that are a quick phone call away for estimates and service requests that are needed on the potential home.
