Construction Background
I am second generation General Contractor who has been involved with over 70 custom homes in my lifetime. I started going to job sites at 7 years old picking up nails as my first experience of work. I have set up foundations, framed, various forms of siding, cabinets, hardwood floor and all other forms of interior finish. I have grown up understanding the in's and out's of what to look for when it comes to quality craftmanship and analyzing issues that could arise. I have worked on additions, remodels, custom homes, and large scale mansions.
With building this long reputation in Lake County, CA I have also built relationships and history with many subcontractors that have worked on the job sites that are a quick phone call away for estimates, and service requests that are needed on the the potential home.
